It all feels so linear and permanent until you remember…
everything is a cycle.
I know I talk about cycles a lot, but it’s really what saves me from feeling stuck everyday.
The drudge of being sick,
the nausea while looking at the news,
the anxiety of running late,
the pang of uncertainty…
you’re not stuck; you’re sentient.
Once you recognize... You've been here before.
You're not unprepared - you're aware.
Pause, feel, open and respond.
Continue love,
You're doing enough,
You are doing your best...
