Something I've wanted to hold myself accountable to for a while now is free-flowing in creating zines more often like I used to. So I've settled on 'seasonally' - four times a year.
Zines live between the singularity of a drawing and the length of a poetry booklet.
When I create a zine I am telling a story, sharing a message, offering a guided meditation within drawn pages, in a concise and digestible format...
And I'm so grateful for this community for helping me not avoid making the space to create. I was overjoyed at what came through with the simple intention of wanting to create a simple meditation through the current climate. It felt so cathartic to make and I'm excited to share it!
In a time of informational overwhelm and fear ever-present, my hope is that these little nuggets can help you ground and see some perspective through it.
