the action of art to tend to (y)our aches as Saturn arrives in Aries
& the art of action amidst atrocity. {a tarot spread & more}
Saturn moves into ARIES tonight - from the watery mutability & dissolution of Pisces to the fiery initiation and rebirth of Aries... this is a huge shift.
be gentle with yourself, check in with how you're feeling.
maybe attune to how Saturn and/or Aries shows up and is aspected in your birth chart.
tune into the Emperor card and your relationship with this sign & energy.
It's clear that this transit is asking us to tend to the collective spirit by taking individual action.
Saturn is, after-all, the world we hold in our hearts and are an inseparable part of…

{I have a tarot spread that might help at the end of this post!}
The Emperor is a symbol of drive & instinctual motive co-opted into control in a hierarchical sense, but when this empowerment is reclaimed into each individual's hand, it creates waves of REFORM and REVOLUTION.
And this weaves into this important update about the ongoing genocide in Gaza that everyone should be aware of.
The United Nations has issued a terrifying warning: If Israel continues to block aid to Gaza, 14,000 Palestinian babies will die within 48 hours.
This is not a natural disaster. Israel is starving the people of Gaza deliberately, knowing full well who hunger takes first: the young, the elderly, the disabled, and the most vulnerable. This is the use of famine as a weapon of war.
More than 700 Palestinians have been killed in just six days with weapons bought and paid for by the United States. This is a massacre in full view, perpetrated by an Israeli government that has openly declared its goal: to ethnically cleanse Gaza of its people.
Twenty long, horrific months of genocide. And it is only escalating.
We need urgent action. The lives of millions depend on it.
It’s hard not to feel hopeless. But here are two steps you can take right now in just 5 minutes:
👉Then, call your representatives to follow up on your email using this call tool.
We know Israel cannot sustain this genocide without U.S. backing. That means our pressure on Congress, the White House, and the systems that sustain this violence must be relentless.
& I know we also need to petition and spread awareness for: our basic health & food funding, our libraries & museums, trans healhcare rights and more to fight for, too. (each of these only takes a minute and whatever it does or doesn't do, it counts, and is easy to share)
It's time to show up with the AUDACITY Aries invokes us to embrace. No matter how many times you have to speak up, YOU are not annoying, apathy is!
And it can be exhausting. So we need to remember we are not doing this alone.

Beyond and through this, we are creating.
Individual expression and instinctual motivation is just a channel for interdependent resonance and reconnection.
What forms of creation are your instincts invoking?
When our expression takes forms that can be wholistically received and exchanged, we are restructuring the systems of oppression that seek to keep us disconnected.
Art offers us infusions of inspiration and perspective. You already know this, your body already feels this.
Yet as we feel the grief of the Palestinian and Cogolese genocide & famine, fear the fury of feudalism/fascism encroaching our everyday lives... it's hard to keep our flame lit or rest in the unknowns out of our hands.
Tend to your aches through art forms that can support & evoke more than can be known or seen right now.
Here are some artistic gifts from some amazing folks:
The gift that is the musical transmissions of Beverly Glenn-Copeland. Especially La Vita & Ever New.

What art (music, visuals, words, visions, etc.) is helping your stay connected to your autonomy & purpose right now? I'd love to hear in the comments. <3
In Sensory Solidarity & Grounded Gratitude,

What is my role?
What are my resources?
How can I best use them?
What do I need to remember?
