Moon of Felt Foundations
Full Moonletter in Capricorn - where we orbit around a focused theme of a cyclical archetype, highlighted during, but not limited to this transit/time & space.
Ground into Now
You know that part of you that resists what you want the most sometimes, because you're scared to fuck it up?
The part of you that feels guilt for "time wasted" scrolling or worrying...
I want invite you to place a hand on the part of your body that feels that fear.
If you're not sure where, I believe it never hurts to put a hand on your heart, or hold your own hand as would a loved one.
That is a seed waiting for you to water it and honor its place in the dark, fertile soil before willing it to grow into something else.
Feel how your skin, your bones, your sense of stability is not separate from these feelings, but is supporting them.
Notice the Cycles
Welcome to Cancer Season, (Summer) Solstice & the Full Moon in Capricorn! This really starts a season off with a bang huh? When we're welcomed in with a lovely opposition 😂
Our full moon in the cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn peaks around 9pm ET on Thursday, June 20th.
Fun fact: the moon is not always so happy in the sign of cappy... well, it's just uncomfy since Capricorn opposes the moon's ruling sign Cancer.
But I believe this actually helps us grow and ground what we feel into our foundations or forms we want to create.
Depending on your birth chart you'll feel this energy differently, but I'd be remiss if I didn't brag how this is my natal sun & moon placement. 💁
I (half) joke about bragging because it's the very thing that made my jaw drop when I first learned there was more to my chart than my sun sign. And to see this opposition front and center made it all make sense.
Our Cancer/Capricorn axis is the space of balance and duality and all in-between our care & curation, support & sensitivity, feelings & formations, heart & head, land and sea...
It's the space of matter & fluidity; where cardinal water meets cardinal earth like the waves and the rocky shoreline.
In this space we experience both the impactful shaping of crashing tides and the soothing sounds of sand and stone.
We need more pre-orders to get Cycles Journal onto the press!
I'm deeply grateful for this time of year where I am stewarding the next Cycles Journal into the world.
I've made the final edits, gotten approval from the printer, and now they're just awaiting my second payment to begin press production.
I think that Cycles Journal is an extension of this focus on creating supportive structures for emotional acceptance and self-awareness,
because we live in a world with so many harmful structures and oppressive systems...
That's why I created this safe space where you can feel into your foundations and remember your worthiness of support once again.
I'm so thankful for any support through pre-orders and spreading the word so far!
This is a friendly reminder for anyone who has been sitting on pre-ordering, that now is an AMAZING time to place your order - since I have to send the second installment to the printer tomorrow and it would be really nice not to have to borrow money from the bank to cover it. :")
We're 75% of the way to covering this installment, so every order counts and gets us closer!
Spreading the word by forwarding this email or link greatly helps as well!
Plus, our pre-order discount and bonus goodies are going away soon - so why not get the most out of it now?

Reflect & Respond
Here are some invitational prompts for you to respond to & reflect on as you wish - in your own journal or notebook, and/or share, discuss, ask in our free Cyclical Community's Journaling Prompt & Reflection Circle here. :)
When you feel into your foundations, what do you realize?
What forms in your life want to be allowed more fluidity?
What feelings want support right now?
What resources are you forgetting you have?
How do you relate to the soil?
Gratefully connected,
